AmericanStars250 uses artificial intelligence ("AI") as one of many tools that help us build, improve, and maintain the Services.

We believe AI can improve efficiency, organization, and creativity while human oversight remains an important part of the process.

AI is used to assist our team — not to replace human judgment.

Some demonstration materials displayed on the Services may be created in whole or in part using AI. This may include:

• Sample Profiles;
• Demonstration Profiles;
• Example biographies;
• Placeholder images;
• Sample messages;
• Illustrative content.

Whenever practical, demonstration content is identified using labels such as: Sample Profile, Example Profile, Demonstration Profile, or Coming Soon.

Demonstration content is intended solely to illustrate the appearance or functionality of the Services.

AI may assist in researching, organizing, summarizing, or drafting historical information presented through the Services. Historical materials may also be reviewed, edited, supplemented, or expanded by human editors.

History is a continually developing field of study, and different reliable sources may describe historical events differently.

For that reason, historical content should be understood as informational and commemorative rather than as an official historical record.

Some illustrations, graphics, design elements, or other visual materials displayed on the Services may be created or enhanced using AI-assisted tools.

Other images may be:

• submitted by Participants;
• licensed from third parties;
• created by designers or photographers;
• obtained from publicly available sources where permitted.

Where reasonably appropriate, AI-assisted materials may be reviewed, edited, or approved by members of the AmericanStars250 team before publication.

However, not every AI-assisted output is individually reviewed.

Participants remain responsible for reviewing the information they submit before publication.

AmericanStars250 does not rely solely on AI to make decisions regarding:

• payment processing;
• financial transactions;
• account security;
• legal compliance;
• moderation decisions involving significant judgment.

Where human judgment is reasonably necessary, AI may assist but does not replace final decision-making.

Although we strive for accuracy, AI-generated or AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

We encourage Participants and visitors to notify us if they identify information that appears to be inaccurate.

Where appropriate, we will review reported issues and make corrections when reasonably necessary.

We believe artificial intelligence should be used responsibly, transparently, and in a way that supports the goals of AmericanStars250.

Our objective is to use AI to improve the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of the Services while maintaining appropriate human oversight and respecting the rights of our Participants.

As AI technology continues to evolve, we may update our practices to reflect new capabilities, legal requirements, industry standards, and responsible use principles.

We may update this AI Content Disclosure from time to time as our use of AI technologies evolves.

When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this page.
